This seven-week class series will meet every Monday evening from April 15 to July 1 and will be offered in two sessions. The first session will meet on April 15, 22, and May 6; the second session will meet June 10, 17, 24, and July 1. (Please note that class will not be held on April 29, May 13, May 20, May 27, and June 3).
In this series, we will bring awareness to how judgment affects our lives. Through journaling exercises, guided imagery, meditation and group discussion, we will shed light on the process by which judgment is created, bringing consciousness to how that process affects our bodies, minds, and energetic systems. A practice to disentangle yourself from the judgmental mind will be offered. In addition, practical tools and guidance will be given to help you address the energetic imbalances created by judgment. Join us as we hone our ability to be present, see clearly, and experience balance.
This class is open to those who are new to Awareness Practice and seasoned practitioners – all are welcome.
Though participation in both sessions is recommended, you are welcome to register for the session that best meets your needs and schedule.

Save the date! A half-day retreat is happening on Saturday, June 29! “Turning Toward Growth:” All of us crave growth, yet often, we find ourselves stuck. What is it that prevents us from moving forward and experiencing the peace and contentment we want? Our conditioned and habitual ways of being keep us caught in the mind of judgment. We cannot grow and thrive. With practice, we can learn to recognize these old ways with compassion so that we can open to new possibility – the possibility of growth and expansion.
This workshop will include simple yoga postures to bring body and mind to a place of open curiosity and acceptance. We will also spend time in meditation, partaking in Awareness Practice exercises, and engaged in lively group discussion that will illuminate how we cause ourselves to suffer, allowing us to let go of those processes and be free. Join us for this celebration of Summer and the opportunity for growth.
Bring a journal, some snacks, and your willingness to experience joy. Loose fitting clothes recommended. This workshop will be suited to all body types. No yoga or meditation experience required.
